Second Visit to Darwin

We leave Litchfield National Park on Friday and head to Darwin figuring that we can get a 'quick' x-ray for me and make sure it is all good - we were lucky again and the appointments all worked out - results - no breaks however they would not be able to see a fracture if there was one so - after the Dr squeezing my rib cage and agreeing for a x-ray I figure I can claim cracked ribs rights !

We head back to Robbie Robbin Reserve and were lucky to get a spot again in the park.  Normally I would, in camping mode, gather the washing and wonder if perhaps the children can wear that piece again - don't make me washing something I don't have to.  However as the washing is free - I am busy looking for stuff to wash - it might be weeks before we get to wash again !!!  We don't smell that bad ! (really)  It is Friday night by now and I'd better do the washing now as there are a lot of permanents here and they work so do their washing on Saturday - 3 loads later ! Wonder if I find more tomorrow - yep lots - towels, sheets cleaning spree !

We stay Friday and Saturday night - Saturday we go the the Rodeo that is on right next door - with the lovely people that we met before at the park that are still there.

Sunday it is my birthday, Jurg and the children make a birthday cake for me and I get pancakes for breakfast (however truthfully I really think the children were more keen on the pancakes)  We shared the cake with Park Friends !
